Write to us. Tell us the species, the size range, the quality and the quantity you need, and when you need it — the more precise the specification, the faster and better our answer.

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list without asking first.

Kabul buys it and clears it for export. From there it goes to you, to a cutting bench, or to Dubai. Amsterdam is where the company sits and where your invoice comes from. Nobody else touches it on the way.

How we deal
Everything of consequence happens in person
Write to us and a person answers. From there we will arrange a telephone call if it helps, and a meeting if it is warranted — but the deal itself is done face to face.
We meet where it suits you
Our offices, your office, your vault or your bank. We travel for a serious selection as a matter of course — we are carrying the goods by hand in any case, so the journey is happening either way.
Viewed and settled face to face
Stones are examined in front of you under controlled light, the price is agreed in the room, and the hand-over is made in person under insurance. No committing to a stone you have only seen photographed.
This is not ceremony. At these values it is the only way to be certain who you are dealing with, that the stone in the parcel is the stone in the report, and that the goods and the money change hands at the same moment.

Stones are bought in person wherever possible. If you are at one of these, tell us in advance and we will bring material that matches what you buy rather than a general selection.

Attending — no booth
Or come to us
Viewings are held at our Amsterdam and Dubai offices by appointment, and we will travel to your premises for a serious selection — as we do for every delivery, since we hand-carry rather than ship. Established clients can also have goods brought to them on memo rather than travelling at all.
Give us a fortnight’s notice for a viewing and we will have the relevant parcels in the right city, cleared and ready to show.

High-resolution photography, video under controlled light, measurements, and any laboratory reports you ask us to obtain — before you are asked to commit to anything.

Terms in writing
A pro-forma invoice setting out price, currency, insurance, title and risk, and how the hand-over will be made. Nothing moves until you have it and are satisfied with it.
